Clue #1 of 14

This building houses some of the world's most historic artworks. It was originally built as a fortress in 1190, but was made into what it is today in 1793. It's known for its iconic “pyramid” like structure at the front of the building, which was made in 1989. This place is also in the center of its country's capital and is very close to one of the largest tourist attractions in the world, bringing over 7,000,000 visitors to this country every year.
