This capital city is home to bustling historic district known for amazing views of pyramids as well as _the nile river Known as the city of a thousand minarets, these were created due to the many islamic mosques. On the outskirts of the city, there are massive deserts: the Western and theeastern are on either side of it. Even though this major city is on a huge river, there is no denying the extreme water scarcity that exists there.
