It is home to the government of this country and houses many leaders. It is near the Kennedy Center and has many museums. It is one of the cleanest cities in the country and has low pollution levels. The people of this city get around by the public transit system, aka the subway. It is known to be one of the cleaner cities and has very clean public transit systems. The transit system helps people from a neighboring state come to work and helps people get around. It is sometimes called a "planned city," meaning it was planned to include the wilderness, such as Rock Creek Park. It has a humid subtropical climate with hot and humid summers and cold, chilly winters. It is a main place for world leaders to meet and discuss political ideas.
