During renovations of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Manhattan, a postcard was found taped inside a wardrobe in Suite 2728. The postcard is dated October 20th,1999, three days before diamond trader Eddie Hammond was found murdered in the same suite. The killer has never been identified and the case has grown cold. As the lead cryptanalyst in New York City, you have been asked to attempt to decipher the coded message on the back of the postcard.
